Hydration! As an athlete, it is crucial that you stay hydrated at all times. I know you’ve probably heard that you can just hydrate yourself the night before a game by drinking some water or something along the lines of that, but it just isn’t true. Hydration starts several days before the match day in order to be fully hydrated. If you fail to stay hydrated you won’t be able to last long on the field and you will get cramps, THIS IS A DIRECT IMPACT ON YOUR PERFORMANCE ON THE FIELD.
