Health Tip of the Week #5

Sleep! I cannot stress this enough. You need to get the proper amount of rest in order to stay on top. If your body isn’t rested it will hurt you both on the pitch and in the classroom. Lack of sleep can be detrimental to both areas of your life, areas that you want ton be successful in. In order for you succeed in any are of life, you need to be up for the task at hand, the proper amount of rest allows for you to always be physically able to perform these tasks.
